After graduating from the University of the East, Marites was trained with Carlos J. Valdes and Co. as semi-senior auditor for three and a half years.
Thereafter joined Pilar Development Corporation (PDC) as a Management Trainee, Accounting Manager and and became its AVP for Internal Audit after six years. It was in PDC , where she gained ground on auditing land development companies. This exposure gave her a wide insight of the housing industry, from land conversion to home buyers financing. It gained her the general manager post at Forfom Development Corporation, which she held for eight years. She likewise served as consultant to a number of housing development projects and as SVP for Finance of Imperial Homes.
Believing that knowledge should be sought at whatever stage of one’s professional life, she completed her master’s degree in Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management in December 2005. She is used to be a lecturer on “Understanding Accounting for SMEs” at the Philippine Trade and Training Center, “Accounting for Non-Government Organizations” at the Tritium Knowledge, Inc., and presently an “Angelpreneur” mentor of the Go Negosyo Foundation. She is presently a volunteer finance consultant for the Philippine Red Cross (PRC).
Marites held positions in the Metro Manila Regional Council of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She was President of its Southern Metro Manila Chapter for fiscal year 2009-2010. She used to be the Treasurer and Chairman for Professional Development Committee of the Association of CPAs in Public Practice (ACPAPP). She is also a member of the Tax Management Association of the Philippines (TMAP), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIAP), Association of CPAs in Commerce and Industry (ACPACI), Institute of Financial Executives of the Philippines (FINEX) and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
She was recently awarded the Special Achievement Award as Outstanding CPA for Community Service by the Philippine Institute of CPAS (PICPA) in its annual convention November, 2013.

Alfredo S. Dimaculangan "Fred"
Integrity Assurance Partner
Fred, the founder of the Firm, is actually our Integrity Assurance Partner. Being the Integrity Assurance Partner he reviews working papers and financial statements of clients to ensure compliance with accounting and audit standards. He graduated “magna cum laude” with a degree of Bachelor of Science major in Accounting from the San Sebastian College. He then took the CPA examination and passed the exams. He took up his master studies in Business Administration under the Regis Program of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (candidate)
He also taught basic accounting at the De La Salle University during his younger years. A beneficiary of the CARITAS MANILA’s (formerly Catholic Charities) Educational Assistance Program, Fred along with his co-alumnus founded the CARITAS ALUMNI SCHOLARS ASSOCIATION (CASA) its purpose was to assist CARITAS MANILA in providing their scholars with other school requirements. Fred served as its first President and held the position for three (3) years and thenceforth continued supporting its various activities. With his endeavours, he was awarded by the CARITAS MANILA under its Youth Servant Leadership and Education Program the “PARTNER ACHIEVEMENT AWARD” for Batch 1972, during the 60th Anniversary of CARITAS MANILA in October, 2013.
Fred, a Manila Jaycee Senator, specialized in real estate development; having been involved in the development of membership resort clubs and various condominium projects around Metro-Manila.
Soon after the People’s Revolution of 1986, Fred was invited to join the government service as Finance Director of the Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprise (GFSME), a government financial institution created to provide credit guarantee to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). A Career Executive Officer V, Fred helped various SMEs secure loans and other credit facilities from banks and other lending institutions that financed their growth and financial successes.
With the merging in 2001 of GFSME and Small Business Guarantee & Finance Corp. (SBGFC), the lending arm of the Department of Trade and Industry, Fred headed its Controllership Group and helped the Corporation expand its services via wholesale lending and rediscounting of loans to rural banks and other financial institutions aside from retail and other selected specialized programs for its SME clients.
Fred is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He used to be director of the Southern Chapter of PICPA Metro-Manila and presently a member of the PICPA Metro-Manila Council as a Sector Representative for Government. Together with Marites, he is also a member of the Association of CPAs in Public Practice (ACPAPP)
